The original Canton Public Library, 1905. Built by architect Guy Tilden in the Beaux Arts Classicism. In 1980 the library moved into its current location. Andrew Carnegie provided the funds for the construction of the building asking only that the words "OPEN TO ALL" be inscribed over the door.
